The project “I-AM_Smart Aquaponics” aims to advance aquaponics technology through collaborative stakeholder efforts, fostering aquaponics profitability while safeguarding the environment and ensuring food security. The “I-AM_Smart Aquaponics” project aims to build upon past achievements in aquaponics technology to tackle social and economic challenges related to food production. Through collaborative efforts, it seeks to enhance aquaponics technology, sharing customized solutions for a profitable business model that promotes environmental sustainability and food security. By convening multi-stakeholder meetings and conducting research, the project endeavors to formulate a Joint Aquaponics Agenda to support sustainable aquaponics SMEs across the Programme area, leveraging the expertise of five organizations spanning Puglia, Molise, Albania, and Montenegro.
