The DHITECH Foundation – HIGH-TECH Technology District intends to entrust, through evaluation of the curricula and possible interview, n.1 Coordinated and Continuative Cooperation Agreement, for activities to be carried out within the framework of the Project Cod. SA-0300336 called CRABoost – Fostering innovation to boost the competitiveness of MSMEs in the blue crab business (CUP B87G21000230007), funded by the European Union through the Interreg IPA South Adriatic Programme 2021-2027, as specified below:
CODE N-25-02 Contract Co.Co.Co.Co. subject: Support in monitoring and sampling of the blue crab population in pilot areas.
Main activities:
- Support for the implementation of the shared sampling protocol and participation in sampling activities, at least two-month interval, in collaboration with project partners. (A1.1 – D1.1.2)
- Support for data collection on abundance, distribution, size and volumes of blue crab capture. (A1.1 – D1.1.2)
- Use and testing of different fishing gear to assess the sustainability of catch techniques. (A1.1 – D1.1.2)
- Support in the collection and processing of data on nutritional properties and biomolecular characterization of blue crab by-products. (A1.2 – D1.2.1, A2.1 – D2.1.1)
- Contribution to the provision of project deliverables for specific activities (D1.1.2, D1.2.1, D2.1.1).

Basic requirements:
- Master degree in Biology or equivalents in the LM-6 Biology class.
- Ability to process and analyse biological and environmental data.
- Computer skills for the use of statistical software R.
- Availability for travel and missions in the area of the IPA South Adriatic Programme.
- Understanding the English language written and spoken.
Additional skills:
- Knowledge of biology and/or ecology of blue crab Atlantico Callinectes sapidus.
- Experience in field data collection and monitoring of fish or marine populations.
- Knowledge of sampling techniques and fishing gear.
Type of contract: Co.Co.Co.
Contract duration: 12 months from the subscription date.
Gross contributor compensation, plus burdens to the Foundation: € 20.400,00 (European twenty thousand four hundred/00).

All personal data submitted by the candidates will be processed, pursuant to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, for the purposes of managing the procedure and any conduct of the assignment (to this end, see ANNEX A).
If the selected candidate is dependent on a Public Administration, the contract may be entrusted in accordance with the legislation in force.
The DHITECH Foundation reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks on the veracity of the substitute statements contained in the curriculum. If the above checks show that the content of the declarations is not true, the registrant shall decline from the benefits possibly resulting from the measure issued on the basis of the non-truth statement, subject to the provisions of Article 76 of the DPR 445/00.
This Notice is not binding on the DHITECH Foundation, which may, in its sole discretion, not assign the contract relating to the Notice in question.
