The first edition ended: here are the Winners!
1st PLEASE: Team "EVANESCENT", composed by A. Carlà, F. Pitotti, F. Russo, L. Baldassarre. EVANESCENT is a bioherodiable contact lens with molybdenum circuit that monitors intraocular pressure for 48 hours. It transmits data via NFC to a reader and via Bluetooth to the smartphone, and then completely dissolves in the eye within 72 hours without toxic waste.
Team EVANESCENT wins participation in the event WebSummit 2026, scheduled in Lisbon, from 9 to 12 November 2026, at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa and MEO Arena. Defined by Forbes «the best technology festival on the planet»The event serves as a global hub for the digital innovation ecosystem, bringing together over 70,000 participants, including Speakers and Industry Leaders, Innovative Startups, Investors and Venture Capital, Corporate Partner and Big Tech, from more than 160 countries.
2° PREMIO: Team "WASTEBAND", composed by L. Allowino, E. La Greca, L. Quarta. WasteBAND helps public administrations save more than 70 million euros a year in the management of waste subject to radioactive control, avoiding the stop of trucks thanks to an IoT bracelet that identifies bags at risk directly during the collection.
WASTEBAND Team wins participation in the event Wave by Wind 2026, scheduled in Turin, from 7 to 9 October 2026, at the Officine Grandi Riparazioni (OGR). Previously called «Italian Tech Week», is the most important festival of technology and innovation in Italy, bringing together over 10,000 participants, including Innovations, Startups and Investors from all over the world.
3rd PLEASE: Team "DOLOS", composed by M.V. De Fazio, A. Ottodo, P. Colucci. DOLOS helps private healthcare companies prevent hacker attacks from stealing sensitive data by causing strong economic losses through an AI cybersecurity system that deceives the attacker by entering it into an artificial environment.
Team DOLOS wins participation in the Conference IDE (Industry Digital Evolution) 2026, scheduled in Brindisi, from 8 to 11 September 2026, at Riva Marina Resort CDS Hotel, Specchiolla (BR). The event connects Enterprises and Academy on innovation issues, proposing a dynamic format of intersectoral dialogue, to share concrete experiences, critical challenges and innovative solutions that define contemporary competitiveness.

Applications are closed to participate in Bootcamp for Innovation Trigger (BIT), an intensive path dedicated to the development of innovative ideas and the collaboration between enterprises, professionals and actors of the innovation ecosystem.
GRADUATORIA BIT of 23-04- 2026
The BIT – Bootcamp for Innovation Trigger is promoted by DHITECH Foundation – HIGH-TECH Technology District, in collaboration with College of the Salento and Advice National of Searches (CNR).
The initiative is designed to promote the encounter between multidisciplinary skills and concrete needs of organisations, promoting the birth of innovative solutions through collaborative and problem-solving methods.
To whom is addressed
The Bootcamp is intended for:
- Students/students over 18 of the 4th or 5th year of high school;
- Students/Students of Universities or graduates;
- People working in the world of research, public or private;
- Young professionals or aspiring entrepreneurs/entrepreneurs;
- People with an idea or insight to explore.
Bootcamp structure
The path develops through an intensive experience that combines training, mentoring and design activities.
During the Bootcamp participants will work in teams to develop ideas and prototypes, comparing with industry experts and mentor.
Main activities include:

training sessions on innovation, emerging technologies and business model development;

workshop and co-design laboratories;

teamwork on real challenges;

moments of comparison with mentor and innovation professionals;

final presentation of the projects developed during the course.
Temptation
The route includes several stages:
